Michael O’Neill is a trial attorney in the Litigation Group of Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele. He joined the firm in 2024. Michael has a broad range of experience handling business litigation and insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Michael successfully represented businesses and their owners in litigation and arbitrations involving contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, embezzlement, fraud and insurance coverage.
Michael graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a degree in Political Science and earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill.
Michael and his wife, Dawn, live in East Cobb with their two children. Michael was a founding member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law and Litigation Section of the Cobb County Bar Association, and has been active in community organizations such as Hands on Atlanta and Chattahoochee River Keeper. He has also served as a volunteer coach for his two sons at the local YMCA.
