Sharee Tumbling, partner, presented on Safety Culture and DEI for the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Association Employer Best Practices Forum in Gainesville, Georgia in October. Sharee was joined by Freddie Broome, Director at Georgia Municipal Association, Kate Nichols, Manager of Industrial Hygiene at Georgia Power, and Kathy Rivers, Human Resources Director at Nam Dae Mun. The panel focused on educating Employers about the importance of safety in the workplace, promoting safety awareness, and how to address diversity, equity, and inclusion.
