Garett Franklyn joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2017 as an associate in the Knoxville office. Prior to joining the firm, Garett practiced in Memphis handling federal and state criminal and civil matters. His practice is primarily devoted to civil litigation with a focus on workers compensation.
Garett was raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee in May 2016 and received a B.A. in philosophy and a B.S. in mass communications from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2012\. While in law school, Garett was an executive editor with the Tennessee Law Review, where he received the Silver Pen award for exemplary case note and the Galligan and Ramsey editing award. As a student, he worked for several Knoxville law firms, was a research assistant for three professors, and interned with the Tennessee 16th Judicial District. He was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 2016 and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Knoxville Bar Association.
Garett currently lives in Knoxville with his wife, Jennifer, where they enjoy hiking, traveling, and watching Tennessee sports.

Sharee Tumbling practices primarily in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Sharee is a native Atlantan, she received her Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy from Georgia State University in 2006. She later received her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia in 2013.
While in Law School, Sharee competed in Moot Court and Negotiation competitions. In 2012, she won the Best Respondent Brief award at the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition. She is also a previous GABWA scholar and Gate City Bar Scholar.
During Law School, Sharee clerked for the Honorable Judge Kimberly Esmond Adams in Fulton County, Grady Hospital and Forrest B. Johnson & Associates. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2013 and began her legal career as a Plaintiff’s attorney practicing in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death and workers’ compensation. Sharee’s career has allowed her to gain litigation and jury trial experience. Prior to joining Moore, Ingram, Johnson & Steele, she worked for an Atlanta defense firm defending general liability and workers compensation claims.
She currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and cheering on the Atlanta Falcons.

Matthew R. Hall joined Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele in 2016 as an associate in the firm’s Lexington, Kentucky office. Practicing primarily in Workers’ Compensation Defense and Insurance Defense, Matthew is a member of the firm’s Civil Litigation department.
Born April 21, 1986 in Paducah, Kentucky, Matthew moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2008. He then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal. After graduating from law school in 2012 and passing the Kentucky Bar Exam, Matthew moved to Pikeville, Kentucky, where he practiced with an insurance defense firm that primarily handled medical malpractice cases and served as exclusive counsel for the local regional hospital. In 2014, Matthew joined a solo practitioner’s firm in Pikeville where he worked in numerous fields doing plaintiff’s work, including civil litigation, workers’ compensation, and social security. This work saw him practice throughout eastern Kentucky.
Matthew is admitted to practice in Kentucky and permitted to appear before the federal court of Eastern Kentucky. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. He and his wife Taylor, a registered nurse, live in Lexington. He enjoys playing rock guitar, watching auto racing, and cheering for the Kentucky Wildcats.
